Our business center option proves to be the most popular, as it is fully furnished and all-inclusive office space. With receptionist, conference rooms, telephone, internet, fax/copy/printers, kitchen/eating area, maintenance and utilities all included, our business centers are a great way to operate your business without the hassle of searching out and contracting such services yourself. Sizes start at single person 8mt2 offices to 140mt2 multiple person occupancy office spaces. The layouts have been constructed in ways that a company can rent one single small office if suffice, one large office, or several offices in a row occupying a section of the floor. Many clients have chosen this option in lieu of having to contract and construct their own office space, minimizing waiting time and overall hassle. Prices start at $800/mo for individual offices with all services included.


Another option we have is to rent private spaces that you can construct to your specific needs. Here a client could rent a space of 100mt2 to a complete floor (700mt2). If you need a giant open office configuration, or you wish to construct walls, divisions, specific designs, and contract your own services, this is the ideal option for you. We can assist in all of these services as well, as we have nearly a decade of construction experience in Panama alone. Prices start at $30/mt2 without furniture and $32/mt2 fully furnished.




Our “Virtual Office” services are a viable option for the company that is in and out of the country, operating from outside Panama, or is in need of the services of a real time office but only the occasional need to occupy a physical office. Dedicated phone number, fax, and address, reception services including answering phone calls in the name of your company, relaying messages via email or telephone, receiving and delivery of packages and documents, are all services included in this option. Package one ($220.00/month) includes the above services plus 6 hours of conference room or individual office use (according to availability). Package two ($400/mo) includes the above services plus 25 hours of conference room or individual office use (according to availability).
